excellent stay!
smooth sea inventive bed
The hotel was well-organized with commendable beach access. Aqua shoes were not needed. the hotel staff were helpful, from reception to the spa. They displayed genuine care. our room cleaner offered inventive bed decorations and overall room setup daily. my stay on an all-inclusive basis was worthwhile, sweet, and convenient. i plan to return to this place.
Standards dropped considerably since the new manager took over. I seemed like loyal guests didn't matter anymore. there were many changes with some cheaper options. The entertainment loop finished too early. the manager came round asking if we had enjoyed our holiday and was not interested in our answer.

The staff quickly knew my drink preferences around the pool. They were very friendly. a staff member routinely brought peanuts and crisps to my table in the evening. this service ensured i felt valued.

Breakfast featured a vast array of plant milks. This catered to various dietary needs. the executive chef and his team provided excellent standards of food. the availability and quality were noteworthy during the holiday.

The room was quite large. It had a nice balcony overlooking the pool and sea. coffee and tea options were refilled daily with a good variety of choices. this ensured convenience throughout my stay.

amazing experience
helpful staff delicious food super clean place
the staff was very helpful from the beginning. hana f remembered my drink preferences and always made sure i had what i liked. the food was delicious, and the whole place was super clean. (i recommend the mango mojito!).
the pool closes early at 5pm and swimming in the sea is allowed until 6pm. it would be better to extend the pool hours into the evening.

there are two open pools with convenient zones. there is also a small indoor pool for cooler weather. for food and drinks, there are five bars, a main restaurant, a pub and two a la carte restaurants.

the room was very spacious. everything was new including the furniture and the plumbing. slippers and a beach towel bag were available. (i thought this was very considerate!).

a wonderful stay
attentive staff gym machines
the staff was attentive (. i loved the variety at the buffet breakfast each morning. the gym included several modern machines, which allowed me to keep up with my fitness routine. the room cleaning service was always prompt and efficient.

totally amazing stay!
delicious food friendly staff crystal water pampered feeling
i just had the most very nice time here i loved every single minute the food was so delicious with so much variety i was in heaven seriously the staff were always smiling and ready to help they were so friendly and were pretty good too make sure i had everything i needed i felt so pampered it was amazing. the beach was just steps away and the water was crystal clear i spent hours swimming and sunbathing it was so relaxing the hotel.
finding a sunbed in the prime spots near the pool was a bit of a challenge but i usually managed to find one eventually just a minor thing honestly

the hotel includes a gym with treadmills stationary bikes and free weights all equipment was modern and well maintained multiple pools offer both shallow and deep areas plus there are designated spaces for relaxation

i always noticed attentive staff throughout the hotel they promptly addressed requests the room service menu was extensive and orders arrived quickly the concierge helped with arranging local tours and providing transportation details
